2023 Culture and Arts Public Seminar — Wushu for Women’s Self-Defence 2023文化艺术公益讲座

The sixth session of Women’s Self-Defence was held at the New Zealand Cultural Arts Foundation’s (NZCAF) City Community Centre on 1st April at 4 p.m. NZCAF invited Chinese martial arts champion Zhu Wenjun to continue the training on the staff technique in Women’s Self-Defence.
